cool
I'll test it n/p but can I just install this right over v3531 or should I start with 32's RC1?
---edited-- yeah it installs right over 3531 perfect. I'd thought the GSIF support only lacked a SPDIF thing, but of course it's not the time to be running GS. Not a problem, everything else in my setup works nice, thanks!

sfman32.dll (SoundFont manager)
I did get an alert that sfman32.dll already existed and was newer than the file being installed. Perhaps an installer packaging problem? The one I had (and still have) installed is 5.12.01.0130-1.00.0000, from Creative Labs.

Also, now running rc3, I've got this flashing at the bottom of my screen:
http://www.pallium.com/image/pix/spdif.png The SPDIF box flashes every three seconds, and if you right-click the kX task tray icon to pull up the menu, the menu goes away every time the box flashes, which makes it a little hard to select menu items. -Bryan |

this means that your spdif connection gets out of sync due to some problems
such as: incorrect/broken/invalid connections/connectors/cables; incorrect audio card voltage; [unstable power unit]; etc.. etc.. if you think it is really annoying - simply disable it [settings->osd notifications->'spdif activity'] /Eugene |

Works great, cept GSIF
Hello everyone, this is my first post. First thanks so much to the developers, these drivers are awesome. Rc3 works fine for me, but Rc 2 did too. However, it seems I don't get any sound for GSIF in Gigastudio. I know this verison just has intial support so that is no problem. But I was just wondering if anyone else tried it and had any luck. My specs are:
WinXP SbLive5.1 386 Ram PIII 800 Thanks. |
