kx Skin Question

Hello all, I am new to this forum and I have just one or two quick questions to ask about skins. I have just started writing a skin to use with the kx mixer and I have run accross one little problem. I want to make some of the faders taller, (acctually I wouldnt mind making them all taller), but when I do, the switches for mute and stereo link (omni I think) dont move. So I get taller faders, but the switches are stuck in the middle of the fader wich both looks bad and renders them useless. I have looked in every *.ini file that I have here, but I cant seem to find a reference to these particular buttons at all (which could just mean I dont know what exactly to look for). Is it possible to move these buttons so that I could make my faders taller and place theses switches at the bottom? Even better, could I make the faders taller and put the mute switch above and the omni switch below? Im sure I could get them to set where I want them if I just knew where to look in the code. The other question I have is about the effects. I wonder if it is possible to make the 'peak' effect an acctual part of a mixer page? I would like to (if its possible) make the mixer just a little taller or longer and add this effect to every page so that you could always see the peak meters. Is this possible?
Thanks in advace for any help you can offer, and appologies if my questions dont make sense.

in order to change the button layouts review 'sliders.ini' file - in the beginning there are 'templates' for such buttons ('sliders.layout' section)

concerning merging peak meter and the mixer -- well, it cannot be easily implemented at the moment...
