ok i have been using kx for a couple of months now
it was working perfectly fine except mic didnt work
and now there is no sound at all nothing is muted all unmuted max at 100
speakers or headphones. it says its outputting sound but i hear nothing
i can hear myself on speakers when i unmute but everything else has no sound

What DSP config are you using?

Make sure that the "Toggle Swap Front and Rear" option in kxmixer matches how your speakers are connected to the sound card (checked means that they are swapped).

Make sure that kX Wave 0/1 is set as the default device for audio playback in the Windows Control Panel.

Try clicking on the "Reset AC97" button on the AC97 page of kxmixer.

Try using punctuation

my toggle was checked off
and i dont have punctuation on my keyboard hehe
so i use enter button for new sentence
