Cool! emu 1820

I've recently bought an EMU-1820. The only reason I purchased this card is to use as a preamplifier for my home sound system. The specs are phenomenal. After spending a little time browsing I came across the "KX project". Using your software would it be possible to input and decode AC3 audio and then output to speakers?

This should probably be moved to the kX Project/General Discussion forum rather than the main kX Project forum.

In any case, kX does not currently support the EMU-1820.

Update:
Recent versions of kX added support for some EMU models (possibly including the EMU-1820).

Re: emu 1820

I don't have one but believe the newer versions do support the EMU cards. Latest version is 3550. http://www.hardwareheaven.com/general-...d-x86-x64.html

Re: emu 1820

Yes, the EMU-1820 has been (at least partially) supported since version 3542.
