Problem With High Pitched Beeps

Hi,

Every now and again, while I'm using windows the normal sounds for windows are replaced by a high pitched beeping sound. The only way to stop it is to go onto the volume control (windows mixer) and keep clicking the main level until the beeping sound resorts to the normal windows sound. Anyone else experienced this?

I am running KX3528 drivers on an SBLive.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
