K7VZA rev 3

I cant get this motherboard work with my audigy card under winxp. i have latest via hyperion drivers, latency patch, latest kx drivers. My pc freezes and olny thing that works is hard reset. I have tried many bios setups and i dont know what to do. Is there any diagnostic program that really helps to diagnose my pc. is there anybody who have ECS K7VZA and audigy ? please help !!
