Me too...
I am running a P4 1.8 with 512 MB RAM. I have an m-audio delta 1010 and an audigy gamer. Back in the day (before upgrading from windows 98 to XP), I used to be able to run spdif from audigy into delta. For whatever reason after upgrading, the delta was never ever able to recognize the spdif stream. KX drivers fixed that... I was really stoked to have the extra ASIO output bus until earlier today... I realized that I have no working recording inputs on the audigy... I was trying to process a friends guitar and record into cubase using the delta spdif, but was never ever to get any of the audigy ASIO input busses to work (in fact they no longer exist)...
Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated... I spdif out delta likes = good BUT no ASIO in = bad ![]() Anyone know if: 1. There's a fix for the KX driver 2. There's a fix for the Creative driver to fix spdif out problem ?? TIA Frank |

OK. After re-reviewing
a ton of previous posts I figured out how to fix the problem. All I did to activate FX processing on the audigy was: on ac97 page -> reset ac97, select line-in on pull down menu, on ins-and-outs -> move ac97 volume up. That's it. Then in RT player i used KX 00, 1 for input and KX 14, 5 for output. Now I can patch guitars into the Line-in, and record from the spdif on my delta 1010. Thanks for all who've posted, Frank |
