KX dvr sb022x audio sounds krackly

Installed kx drivers in brand new hp pavilion for my sblive 5.1 (vista os). Sound card seems to function but audio has pops n cracks(artifacts). Tried 3 diferrent programs (Acid Music Studio, Sound Forge & FL Studio) to play audio files with the same krakly sound. Also, ACID won't play midi files. Can someone help me out. Thanx.

maybe the problem come from 'os vista', I'm use (sb live 5.1 digital / sb022xa 10k1 [a000]) on 'os winXp pro [sp3]' all working well and with kx drivers I never don't have any sound problems at all//
