kx driver with shoutcast

so i make sometime sradio on with WinAmp and Shoutcast but it don't work how it have to work! If i want to talk the music is to quiet. And if i stop to spek the mic iss too loud and the listeners can hear me tap. I have make the musix loud but it don't work! If somebody can help plZ!
