exclamation Echo Problems?!?! HELP FIX!

All Voices coming through sounds like they are in a big hall... there is a echo.... mainly when someone is talking on Counter-Strike or when I listen to a Broadcast(Shoutcast) the DJ speech is echo'd....

I think the problem is the same one that I had to figure out recently. As Robert M's post suggested above, you may need to go into the router, right click on the reverb, and chorus icons, choose TWEAK and mute those effects. See if that does it for you.
