Audigy 2 ZS, vista, not working, help me please

Hello
I have Audigy 2 ZS, Asus P5K motherboard, 4 GB ram.
The problem is - i can made any changes in DSP or in options windows, can mute everything and still..no effect at all, music still playing etc...
tryed Kx v 3542 and 3539
Help me please

edit:
I have tryed to remove 1 memory stick ( -2Gb) and everything working perfect(with 2 Gb ram total)...how to fix this ?
ps sorry for my bad english
