X-Fi related...

I understand that kX will not support x Fi because CTLabs are NOT giving X-Fi infoz?
[alsa-devel] OSS4 X-Fi driver port to ALSA

The link above shows some kind of activity on x-Fi datasheets... though its more Linux related...

HMMM! Interestingly, some CT Mods are up to something with hackintosh, why else would they listen to THIS -> Any chances for OSX Drivers for X-Fi Titanium? - Sound Blaster - Creative Labs

Appel troubles so many...

Well, not quite. This is important but not major reason.
The real reason is just that one single man (or a few) simply can't do everything on the Earth.
Yeah, some people would like to see kX for every soundcard that has ever and will ever exist - but that's not serious.
Finally, why X-Fi? Because it's Creative card too? Hmm, but kX is no way linked to Creative Labs. Why not some another "Shmumber-Mumber Superboom USB3 PCI-Z Sound"?

hehehe, I thought since kX handled live! then Audigy and then Audigy2, E must be fond of Creative cards (when it comes to drivers) so, just thought why one is left out? logically concluded CT's bureaucratic denial behind no kx for x-fi I guess you're right after all, one person cannot (or few as you put it elegantly) cannot maintain entire CT series

hehe, look into this from another point of view:
+ time/efforts for X-Fi
- time/efforts for OSX driver
(and vice-versa)

$hit! lol, you're right again, there should be no distractions to OSX side for this...
