Hi! I've got problem when i try to install kX-drivers for my SB Live 5.1 WDM soundcard, model: SB 0200.
The kX Setrup won't find it and there is no such card in the list when i tried to change/update the driver manually. Do anyone have a clue or a suggestion for what i shall do or what driver i should choose? Please, answer if you know. Thanks. Doddo |

Freedom is a feature.

Unfortunately, SB020x cards (Dell OEM SB Live!) contain different EMU10k1 chips and they aren't supported at the moment.

Maybe. The sound card devices must be present in device manager for the kxsetup to see them. It works for me when the came-with-windowsxp drivers are installed. Ensure that no official CL drivers are installed, allow the card to be detected with default windows drivers, restart when asked, then run kxsetup.
If that doesn't work, you might need to manually remove the default windows drivers so the card is left as 'Unknown Device' Edit: Ah. I see. Well, ignore me then
