Need some help PLEASE...!

I have been using KX Drivers for about one year now. I use them on a SB Live and they are great. It used in a CarPC application to drive my Automotive Audio Setup. I recently added HD radio on the Line In which seems to be controlled via the AC97 option in the mixer. I use a program with a touch screen to navigate all this stuff. When I switch from Mp3 (wav) output to AC97 (HD Radio) it works fine. When I attempt to switch back to MP3 (wav) output the volume is "zeroed" in the KX mixer. I tunr the volume back up and it works fine. I was assured by developers of the HD radio program and MP3 program this has to be a driver issue.. Is there a setting in the KX drivers/mixer to stop it from zeroing everyimte I switch between the two?

Question 2. For volume, I use a device hooked up to my steering wheel controls run by a program called Girder. Girder sends the commands to from the UIRT to control volume. However, when I increase or decrease it steps up and down in values of 4%. Any way to change the increased and decreased values? Thank you...

Doug
