WAVE OUT HQ not working under vista 32 bit in recent builds

Hello. Since a few releases (3541 >) the WAVE OUT HQ is not working any more under vista 32 bit. When i try to play a test tone under sounds (in control panel) it says cannot play back, if i set in a player as the current device, it's not playing back, it gives an error that it cannot initialize audio device. I've tried reinstalling the driver, did a fresh reintall of vista and still the same. With older version it's working.

Maybe adding kx-folder to windows PATH will help you, because some KX dll are no longer in system32 directory since 3541.
