Audigy ex 1 direct monitoring problem

Hi there everyone. Firstly, thanks for this wonderful driver... after I got my audigy back recently from being repaired, the creative drivers wouldn't work with it - but these ones work better and a step above what I've come to expect from the creative drivers. thanks a bundle!

Now, onto the problem.... I'm planning to eventually try to run live vox and line-in audio effects through the audigy card. I'm *TRYING* to do this currently with reaktor 3.0, but the problem that always happens is I can't turn off direct-monitoring without turning everything else off. This is a bit of a problem. I realise that this feature wasn't implemented as I noted on a previous post, but is there any workaround I can do for this? I'm really needing to get those effects out but right now it seems nigh on impossible without being able to get rid of the direct monitoring. Gah!
