KXi - what is it?

When I installed the drivers it put something caled a KXi in my VST folder - but I can't find anything in the documentation or on the site that explains what to do with it or what its for - if its for dsp effects why's it an instrument and not an effect? - if its an instrument why won't it play anything - soundfonts or something?

Also I notice there's an additional menu item under SX called kx synth 1 - is that for loading soundfonts directly or do I just use the soundfont utility in the system tray - I mean can I load a different soundfont in Cubase than the one in my system tray?

thankyou - it might help to have an index - unless you know in advance the plugin is for automation thats not the first place one would look

its also not very explanatory anyway (just one brief mention) - it would help if there was some explanation about what its for and what you can do with it - it assumes a level of knowledge not everyone has - so can you use it to load soundfonts then and play effects with them or what?

try searching for KXi and you just get told the search string is too short

right 3 characters is not enough, but try Automation (which kXi is just door to)..
