Front and Rear outputs - separate signals?

What should I do to enable separate front and rear audio outputs on Creative Live!5.1, like:

Front L+R are used as primary audio outputs (I use only stereo, so rear L+R are unused)

I want to continue usage of front L+R, when I play DivX movie via RadLight, Ati Hydravision and tv-output, and to enable REAR L+R for use with ASUS TV-FM Tuner, which has no mini-jack audio output.

What and where should one connect?
