24 bit recording on audigy 2 zs notebook

It seems that it's not possible to do 24 bit recording with the kxdrivers on the audigy 2 zs notebook, although 24 bit playback is possible. Is this correct?

Using windows XP hardware profiles, can you switch easily between the creative and kx drivers? Maybe I can switch between them as a workaround....record 24bit using the creative drivers.

Any news on when or if 24 bit recording might ever be made to work on the audigy 2 zs notebook?

Hardware profiles do not include driver info, thus it will not work like you are thinking.
