Upgrading Audigy 1 to Audigy 2 ZS

I did just purchase myself a Audigy 2 ZS cuz of the nice deal I found of a user. Will there be noticable improvement in quality comparing Audigy 1 and Audigy 2 ZS when used with kX drivers? AFAIK there's better quality components on the Audigy 2 cards and also support for 24bit/96KHz sound. At least I know it will let me use a lot more DSP plugins at same time, and that's a welcomed feature to me.

DSP resources will be the same since both cards are 10k2 models.
