Re: no sound

Try to use the checkbox "Toggle Route headphones to Center/Subwoofer mode" at first screenshot and then insert headphones connector into the center/subwoofer output of your card.

Re: no sound

I am not sure what you were trying originally, but I suggest connecting your headphones to the jack for analog front (the green jack) as that is the only one (on the rear of the card) that is intended to be used with headphones. If you do this, also make sure that the "Toggle 'Swap Front and Rear' mode" option is not enabled.

BTW: You never mentioned whether or not you are able to get sound from the same jack when using speakers.

OK, I can see that, but it was not enabled in the first picture... In any case, what exactly is the issue that you are having? Are you saying that you enabled DOO mode and now you cannot disable it? As far as I know, DOO mode does not do anything on SB0350.

BTW: SB0350 is an Audigy 2 ZS.
