Lex Nahumury's ProFX DSP plugins aren't registering with v3545
Lex, are you out there?
For some reason your plugins aren't registering properly and the kX DSP is asking to unregister them, but it doesn't when I say yes. Where do these plugins install to? I can't find the appropriate area to delete the file/s and try a fresh install. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

Scratch that. I managed to get them working. Odd.

If you move the kxl file after registration, kxmixer will give an error since it can't locate the file anymore. Doubleclicking the kxl file again will re-register it. All kxl plugin files work this way. |

You seem pretty handy at setting up the DSP with Cubase. I'm having difficulty getting it to record the way I want.
I've re-read your tutorial at least 20 times and have a grasp of how it works, but it's still not recording as I would like it to. I sent you a PM as well.

kX's Concept (by Lex Nahumury) Quick kX DSP Guide (by Lex Nahumury) and kX and Cubase SX If so, then I'm afraid I don't know how else to explain it. Could you be more specific? I'm sure there are others here able and willing to assist you if you provide more specific info. |

Re: Lex Nahumury's ProFX DSP plugins aren't registering with v3545
loop:
i might be able to help you. if you just want to record audio through line in or mic into cubase sx, i have about the simplest possible DSP setup to do that. here is the setup : http://s139.photobucket.com/albums/q...nerdog/dsp.jpg this uses only Lex' fine plugins. just set your source in the ADC control. the SRC control is set to FXBus0/1, giving you software monitoring through cubase (not hardware monitoring), so you hear what cubase hears. with this setup, the channels in cubase are ASIO 0 and 1 (L and R) hope this solves your prob, weenerdog |
