increase buffer??

Hello,

I hear noise in my speakers and I read that I can solve it increasing the buffer. How can I do it?

Greetings and thanks

Re: increase buffer??

Can you be more specific in describing the noise? It may be something else but try changing the buffer setting to see what happens.

I am on an older computer running Win 98SE and kX 3534f, but the procedure should be similar for newer versions of kX.

Right click on kX manager in sys tray -> Settings -> Setup buffers

The different settings are explained in Help -> Introduction -> kX Menu

Thanks! I noticed however, that this help file is outdated, there is an additional parameter at the bottom of this stack of (unnamed) settings that is not covered by the manual. How did you find out what these values meant?
For what version of kX was this help file written?
