audiodg high CPU usage win7

Hello.
I have an issue and i have no idea how could that be solved.
I have 2 systems, both equipped with sb0350 cards. (Audigy 2 zs)
The first one is running win7 x64 the second one win7 x86
I've installed latest kx driver (3550) on them, but on win7 x86 the audiodg service eats around 20-30% CPU. On x64 everything is fine. I've researched the issue on the net, but they fix they provide with disabling the Enhancements is not available for kx driver.
The strange thing is , that when you kill the audiodg.exe process, and restart the windows audio service from the services.msc, the audiodg.exe does not eat any CPU until restart. Of course, sound is working fine.

But it's not available for kx.
