Is there card propagation delay?

Hey, I am trying to figure out how much, if any, card propagation delay there is; I am running on the s/pdif output through an audigy 2 zs. I realize the delay would be incredibly short, if anything (probably less than 1 ms) but I would like to know none the less; does anyone know this statistic?

I am running the 96khz output mode, if that makes any difference
