Restart after driver cleaning now all I get is black screen

This is ridiculous. I cleaned my drivers and was prompted to restart my comp and now I never get to my desktop screen. After my initial boot up all I get is a black screen. Basically I paid $10 to break my comp instead of help it... SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Can you share some specifics about the system, what exactly do you see before the black screen? bios? windows loading animation?

Have you attempted to load in safe mode?
