Audigy ES not setting 5.1 sound?

hey all, we have Audigy ES SB0160/0162 (as detected by XK drivers), but we cannot set up 5.1 channels.

is this card supported, since its a 10k2 derivative?
Anyways how can i set up 5.1 channel?

And how do i use the orange SPDF "stereo" plug?

First I'd make sure you're using SPDIF/AC3 Output device in control panel as default device then go to Surrounder+ plugin setting (The small speaker icon at the top on kx mixer main page or right click Effects -> Surrounder+) and set speaker mode to 5.1 and Surround to "on" or alternatively just choose 5.1 Movie Mode preset at the bottom of that page.

If you need more than 2 channels, than kX Wave 0/1 (Master Mixer) should be set as the playback device.

To use the orange jack for digital output, you need to enable Digital Output Only (DOO) mode on the Main page of kxmixer.
