Strange path Problem with FxMix, FxMix2..
Hi,
I've got a strange problem: double click in DSP panel on FxMix2 or FxMix results in a very long (20min) waiting time; it seams, that the whole HD is searching for the ..what ever. Other things are working fine, e.g. 10 band eq, peak, ... Installed the driver many times in admin mode. No result. What the hell is wrong?? tia Torsten |

Re: Strange path Problem with FxMix, FxMix2..
Hi,
no one has an idea, what is done in background, when I do the double click? Search a dll? Do I have to modify a path? May be, I have to compile the FxMix code again? Thanks! struntor |

Re: Strange path Problem with FxMix, FxMix2..
Hi,
I use Win7, 64Bit; may be, during installation of other application, something went wrong. A few weeks ago everything was fine, so I think, it's not a Windows problem. I checked the path in the registry...all are correct. So, when the double click in the DSP-Panel normally opens the config...where does the driver search for it? I use the FxMix2 for redirect the center to the main speaker....but this is no longer possible. ![]() Struntor |

Re: Strange path Problem with FxMix, FxMix2..
Oh yes, many times.
The last idea is to install windows new. ![]() My hope was, that the software developer may tell me, what ist done in background, when the small GUI is searched and opend. After 25min of searching, the FXMix GUI is found and opend, but during this time the system has the status of freeze. ![]() Any ideas? |

Re: Strange path Problem with FxMix, FxMix2..
Hi,
ok, I reinstalled Win7. Then first thing: install kx-driver....same problem, search now about 10min. During this time, not even the system clock updates.. When I leave the FXMix2 GUI open, restart, the startup takes over 10min. Seems to me as a strange windows problem. Checked the registry, every path seems to be correct. Very strange. And still no solution. Any ideas? |

Hi,
I use the SB Audigy 2 ZS. May be it's a win-dll register problem...still no solution.
