Hello everyone, new user here. I'm having a problem with Cubase SX. I've been using it with Win XP w/o problems but I just got a black Macbook. I've installed everything but when I try to arm a track for recording, it tells me there is no input. When I go to VST multitrack, there are no options under ASIO driver. When I try to go to VST inputs, I get an error saying "No Inputs". From what I've read, you don't use ASIO drivers on Mac platforms. I've gone to System Preferences" and there is nothing to set there. How can I get inputs assigned? Even when I got to the mixer screen and click on the input, nothing happens.

Re: Cubase SX on black Macbook
that means you haven't set up your audio interface within Cubase's preferences
do that first

Re: Cubase SX on black Macbook
That's where I'm having problems. When I go to Cubase Preferences, there is no options that control the inputs. I've looked in Audio and VST. Even in the Mac audio preferences, there no options to change or activate anything.

Re: Cubase SX on black Macbook
Also, when I open VST Inputs, there is options for built in mic, built in input, and built in output. When I select mic or input, it asks to switch drivers. When I do, it says there are no ASIO drivers and defaults back to built in output.
