Problem: Kx with Audigy ZS 2 Platinum, Windows 7 64x

I had a Windows 7 64x with an Audigy ZS 2 Platinum installed with the original Creative Driver.
I uninstalled the driver and installed the last update of kX Project.
But when a restarted my PC, the sound mixer on bottom right is crossed in red saying "no speakers or headphone are plugged in" and theres no sound coming out, but in the device manager says my device is working properly.
What should I do!?

Default for KX drivers is to swap front and rear speakers, if you switch your speaker cable from the front out to the rear out, do you get sound?

I did it, I changed to rear slot.
I got something, the windows alert sound are coming out only...
but the sound mixer icon is still crossed saying nothing is plugged.
and in itunes, for exemple, the music dont even start the count down.
I click on play, and it stays at 00:00... In games no sound to.
weird!

Okay...... You need to go into Windows audio panel (under control panel) and select devices. Have some music playing when you do this and you will see a green "VU" meter playing if there's sound. Mater Mixer will create artifacts so most people use SPDIF/AC3 as the default output device. Set up your speaker configuration while you are there.
