Problems using KX Project - no sound in flash based content ?

Hi,

I have recently had a nightmare on Windows 7 and an old [I think SB LIVE!] sound card. I found the KX drivers and installed these, all fine, itunes, winamp etc work fine, however I get no sound from at least, as far as I can tell, flash based items [youtube etc.]

If I open the windows mixer, I can see sound hitting the channel, but nothing comes out my speakers. If I stop that, the level drops, then if I play something from itunes, the same channel shows sound and noise comes out my speakers.

It's driving me mad and I am contemplating a new sound card just because of this !!!

Which output are you using in Windows audio panel, master mixer? If so try SPDIF/AC3 instead and see if that changes this behavior.
