Audigy 4 pro Analog input and Kx
I recently bought a second hand audigy 4 pro. I am trying kx drivers at the moment after much enjoyment using kx with SB Live! recording guitar.
No much luck so far with Line in 1/Mic in located at the external hub, audio plays ok though. Volume knob erratic. I tried combinations with P16v and I2s 0, 1 and 2, but no luck. Also tried adding ProFX SCR Plugin (Line 2/Mic 2) and linking it to Peak but there is no signal. Could it be that only digital inputs form rack are supported at the moment? Someone got analog recording input working with Audigy 4 pro? Thanks Last edited by Txalapartion; Jan 17, 2011 at 11:40 AM. |

Re: Audigy 4 pro Analog input and Kx
I have it working now, just reinstalled kx drivers and used default routing.
I just wanted to confirm that kx drivers support Line in 1/Mic in Audigy 4 pro. Cheers. |

Re: Audigy 4 pro Analog input and Kx
I have Audigy 2 ZS Platinium and I use custom DSP. When I had SB Live Value microphone source was located in ProFX - AC97 plugin. However for the external I/O hub of Audigy 2 ZS it was located in ProFX - Src plugin. There you select Line1/Mic1 In.
side note: for my 2zs when i restart the pc, you can hear static noise. Disconnecting ADLINK cable and connecting it back fixes it for me. Don't know if this is the case of audigy 4. |
