kX ac97 - Microphone Question

Hey guys, I'm new here and recently stumbled upon this website from Google. I upgraded to Windows 7 and since then my Soundblaster Live! was not compatible until I installed kX and since then I am able to hear everything fine, however I cannot seem to figure out the DSP (after reading a few guides) settings for configuring my microphone. I tried searching for a few hours and still no luck, but if I'm missing it please help guide me. I've seen users refer others to "maddog's microphone guide," however the page cannot be found, can someone help me out as I'm a complete newbie to kX x.x, thanks.
