Kxdriver + Winxp Stutters And Times Out

I HAVE AN XP MACHINE AND AN SBLIVE.
In reasons,cubase sx and nuendo...
the audio starts stuttering and the timing slows down.. it sometimes has comes back normal.
but other times I have to open the control panel to get it to work.

I does it on my friends machine withteh KX driver as well.

why s this?

I doubt it is easy to answer your question without receiving additional information...

perhaps, some background services running?..

master is the username... these are all the processes.
the error does it on two different machines. they have never been connected
together by anyway. the second one does not have internect connect.

I have tried to run xp with the minimal processes but no luck.
the latest 33 driver 'fix' is that a solution?

I have exactly same problem with v.3534b-beta. Happens with all programs I have tested so far. Can this be related to VIA 686B issues? What chipset (southbridge specially) do you have djdarienx?

edit: I _had_ exactly same problem, but not anymore - thanks to vlatency -patch. I reinstalled my os while ago, and didn't remember to install this.
