Audigy2zs Win 7 64bit latest kxdrivers crashing

I recently installed Win 7 64 on my pc and I'm having a hell of a time with KX drivers. They worked fine when I had Win Vista 32bit...ocassional hiccups but nothing major.
This time the soundcard completely crashes the computer (bsod).

System is P5B Deluxe.
I'm at my wits end.

Re: Audigy2zs Win 7 64bit latest kxdrivers crashing

Seems the problem has gone for now.
I went into safe mode and ran driver sweeper to get rid of the creative drivers and installed kx drivers there. Rebooted and it was fine again. My guess is that the kx installer was competing with Windows driver update ...but that's just my guess.

The very latest alpha version of the driver is also best installed cleanly without any existing version(s) I believe. Anyway there's been no major problems here with my card of the same type. Raising the playback buffer size to 10.00ms cleared some pop'ing noises when using the Master Mixer output, that's all.

I've been playing live with 3551A 2-4 nights a week using it to provide 8 separate outs to my mixer with no issues whatsoever.
