Re: How do I turn on 10 Band EQ ?
Once you have added any plugin to the DSP you need to connect it...... that's what all those lines are between existing modules. For the 10 band EQ a good place to put it for general use is to replace the timbre plugin with the 10 band and hook it up exactly the same. (make notes on paper if you need to)
If you hover your mouse pointer over any of the connections and right click, the dropdown box will have a "disconnect" option. Re-connecting is as simple as dragging the mouse pointer from an output of one module to the input of another while holding down the left button. I hope that is what you were asking for...... (I also hope I haven't made an error, it's been about a year since I last mucked around with KX DSP)

Re: How do I turn on 10 Band EQ ?
When you're doing this you see the line being drawn? Are you sure you are going to an input and not an output? Also you have to make sure you are on the input fully, you will get a popup stating what input it is if you are on it fully, the popup will say what module it is if not on the input.

Re: How do I turn on 10 Band EQ ?
Yes, I see the lines being drawn, and I get the pop ups. However, it won't hook for the life of me. The Timbre has fR and fL in its input and it's coming from "Surrounder+". Then Timbre has 8 outputs, 2 towards "Peak" and 6 towards "Epilog".
When I replace Timbre for 10 Band Eq, I get a message "No more free GPR registers". Then EQ floats there, without connections, "Peak" also goes alone by itself. However, the "titlebar" of EQ is greyed, which means that it is disabled. Would this be the cause that it just won't hook? UPDATE: Ok, here is what I did. I Disabled "Peak" and "untranslated" it... then I "Translated" 10 Band EQ and then I got the option to enable it, after that, the lines hooked OK. |

Re: How do I turn on 10 Band EQ ?
Yeah, you were running out of room in the DSP...... removing peak freed up enough room to enable the 10 band plugin. Glad you got it sorted. Enjoy!
