White connector output with sb0243 and custom cable (8 channel?)
Hi,
I recently acquired another subwoofer to help fill a very large room (dual velodynes!). I am hoping to control it independently from the primary subwoofer. I have a primary front, as rear and center speakers in the space. I planned on using the headphone out for this (or the rears etc) I made a 10-pin to front panel adapter and I get audio out of it just fine. The problem is that no matter what i connect to the headphone r/l on epilog the output remains tied to the front. I'd like to keep this output crossed over differently, independently leveled and delayed. I feel like I've read everything and i just can't figure out how to make that epilog input independent? If this is not possible, is there another way you can think of to get 7 independent outputs? Thanks! -Pete |

The "headphone" pins of the epilog correspond to the ("real") headphone output found at Live/Audigy Drive boxes. But white connector pins just duplicate the main front output (i.e. there's no "independent" inputs or outputs among those 10 pins - it's all only an "extra points of connection" to the same base I/O). See also Audigy 2 Value 10 pin header
