kuja is on a distinguished road

??? Setup for 2.0 Surround

I am a humble headphone user, and with the release of 3534 I have been trying to get HW accelerated 3D working in my games. At the moment, I have the DSP configured like so:

http://www.netspace.net.au/~genmcfat/DSP.jpg

And it works, to some degree, however the center channel is very muted in comparison to left/right, rear left/right sounds become rear center and rear center is extremely tinny. The surrounder is set to 2.1 surround - setting it to off results in the loss of most of my sounds. What am I doing wrong?

Edit:
2.1 copy works ok, although I'm missing rear/front center

our driver currently doesn't support real HRTF (head-related transfer function)
that is, there's no support for 'phantom' speakers (especially if you are using headphones)
so, the 'center' channel doesn't sound as a "real" center

perhaps, the situation will change as soon as we write a special DSP effect for emulating n-speaker set via headphones
