unfortunately, there's no pin-out for E-mu APS available
the only solution is to test them one-by-one
note: you can burn your card!

thx Eugene Gavrilov
i find that pin 6 is A5/A6 and pin 8 is A7/A8.
pin 4 and pin 7 are GND
i connect them to the sb5.1 cd_spdif in and coaxial in and they working fine

ps
i use the peak dsp plug-in to monitor the level
the A5/A6 and A7/A8 output through the sb5.1 will drag down about 1.5db than
the A1/A2 output level on E-card.
is this normal?

Yes, level is lost becaue of resampling (aps, live and audigy resample any signal that comes to their spdif inputs)

Hi
I'm also the APS owner from now.
I have the SBLive5.1 too.

Are you absolutely sure about the information above?
I was trying to find the afficial specification of AUDIO EXPANSION slot but I found nothing.

So it shout looks like this:
1 2
3 (4)
5 (6)
(7 8)

Is it right?
