Need 10k2 pinout to add 3rd SPDIF input

I've found the 10k1 pinout, but can't find a 10k2 pinout anywhere. I'd like to add a "blue wire" to the "ZVideo" digital input and make a 3rd SPDIF input on my Audigy2. Does anyone know where the ZVideo pins are located on the 10k2 (ZVideo Serial Data, Bitclock, and Wordclock)?
