Rear=Front Question ???

Hi all. I play a few games but mainly listen to music. These drivers are so crisp compared to creatives. I have Logitech 4.1 Z560 speakers and a Sound Blaster Live Card. I want to be able to play MP3s so I get the same from front as rear. If I put it on 4.1 Rear = Front I loose all bass from my sub and sorround moves to copy. To get bass back i can turn VRearW up, but then I get the rears not playing vocals and sort of a fake surround, delay' type effect.

Hope I've explained myself ok. Is there any way I can get True Front=Rear With my sub going.

Thanks in advanced. Great Drivers.

Search the forum for "phase" and you'll probably find the fix for your problems... :-)

Well, for playing games and listening to music, the KX Drivers are not really made for aren't they ?

If you don't actually make music i.e. Audio-Recording, I would recommend that you install the Original Creative Labs Drivers... They are much simpler in handling...
And with the CL Drivers it is possible to get the same Output (i.e. Winamp playing MP3s) on front/rear... I think before I installed KX it worked for me...

Wink

Daniel Drummonds Info was exactly what i needed Thanks. For anyone else who doesn't want to search for the link the thread Daniel Drummond is talking about is Here . I don't play a lot of games anymore. These are so much better then the creative drivers, I could never go back. Long as I hear some sound in games I'm happy. These drivers rock. Thanks for the help Daniel. :-)
