I have just installed cubase sx. got a great first track. tried to add a second audio track, terrible latency. did some research, someone suggested the kx project drivers. I installed them and have lost my sound completely.
All looks ok on the mixer but I cant get a peep out of anything. where do I start? early

Perhaps you use stereo speakers? Try plugging them to rear output.

I tried that still nothing.
there seems to be no rhyme nor reason for there to be no sound as far as I can see.....

Try playing with surrounder settings, some may work.

Hi!
Have you completely removed all creative drivers before? Selected kx-ASIO in cubase? Say more about your system (which soundcard, error messages?...). Cheers! TravelRec.
