Extracting "help files"

I think I am a little confused on how to extract the help files from the kx driver. I could start translating in simple form like a *.txt or *.doc file (read-to-translate) but I found that help files has got a special way to be extracted. So I'm asking anyone that can help.
Is it too important to submit the translated document in a special way? And what is it? I'm not a programmer but I realy like to start the work (translating).
If there is something to be done it should be done correctly.

H e l p !

P.S. I would apreciate any further info about "Submition of Translated Help Files".
Maybe because this is all about the Greek translation, is there any power Greek user that could take upon the technical part of the "job" so that I could start translating in simple *.doc.
