Linking / Chaining Cards

This is something I've been meaning to try for some time--more than 2 analog channels in sounds like a lof of fun.

I tried this morning, to no avail... I was wondering if others who have tried this could give me a summary of their results, what they learned, etc., for future reference... I'm sure there are a few who have done this but there's not a lot of assembled information out there on the topic.

So, if you've linked multiple cards together via SPDIF or I2S, please reply here with details or a link. Thanks everyone!
