Reverb and Chorus don't work

Using a MIDI sequencer I can't use Reverb or Chorus effects on a soundfont instrument. Changing these values has no effect. Reverb works if set-up in the kX menus, but not in MIDI.

How can I fix this?

certain driver versions have problems with FXMix2 plugin responsible for reverb/chorus (especially for certain cards...)

also, the availability of the effects depend on your soundfont settings

Does that mean it's a problem with the kX drivers? I'm using the latest v3536. Is there any fix?

it depends on your card. if it is 10k1-based, then, probably, you will need to wait for 3537
also, you can try 3534f

Hi there...

I just wanted to add my 2 cents as I have mentioned this on the forums several times in the past and have been told everytime that it's something I'm doing to the default setup to make it not work. I have tried the suggestions offered to get it working, no effect. (pun intended) I see now that it is a known problem with 10k1 based cards and certain driver versions and the FXmix plugin. The only reason I'm mentioning it again is that my card is sb0090 (audigy) and I also do not have fx when I bring up the fx faders in the kx mixer. No amount of messing with fxmix helps.
