help? it crashes

I had been using the kx driver for a while on my old computer with no problems, now I have switched to another computer but switched the same sound card, but when I try to install the driver it just locks up everything, appearently when a sound begins to play.
BTW, it's on Win XP
The old pc was a PIII 1Ghz, the one I have now is 3Ghz, could someone help me with some info as to weather I can make it work somehow, thanks.

PIV? kx v.35...36 are HT incompatible... use v.34
