I am using a SB Audigy2 Platinum EX (with the ext. breakout box) with a set of Logitech z-680's. The speakers are connected with an optical cable and I am using SPDIF passthrough. I was just wondering if I would be able to use the kX drivers with this set up. The kX drivers seem to have much more control over speaker setup and calibration, and I would really like to try them out.
I was hoping that someone may have a similar setup. |

Yes, you can use it that way. Just try it out.

be sure u don't swap front and rear chanel's(on by default in a few releases), and set 'route headphones to center/sub' to ON otherwise your center channel won't make any noise
