SB Live and Asus A7N8X problem

I have SB Live and A7N8X (nForce2 chipset). Moreover, I have some trouble with a sound. Sometimes, during playback a sound turns off. In a few minutes (or seconds), a sound turns on again.
I've tried some KX drivers: 3529, 3536, 3537. My system is W2K+SP2.

I have tried a built-in soundcard - it works fine, but I don't like its sound quality very much :-)
Of course, the built-in card is disabled as I try SB Live.

Yes, I wrote: the built-in card is disabled.
It is disabled in BIOS.
