can't mute line-in and aux in
When I try and record from the line-in it picks up whatevers playing on my computer at the same time, even when i have headphones on (ie music, windows sounds). i have everything muted but line-in under ac97... is there something im missing? im using a live value from a gateway machine if those are incompatible like the dells...any help would be appreciated.

well since theres no such forums i assume you either mean the website which was not helpful, or the acual driver in windows... which as i already said tried muting everything. some more specific help would be appreciated, thanks.
