New user Problems

Hi Just Installed the KxAsio Drivers. Im running a SB Audigy 2 ZS. When I rebooted I heard sound. As soon as I open up FLStudio There is no sound and I have to reboot to get sound back.

What do I need to do to set up the drivers to Work as ASIO in FLStudio and have the sound output go to my headphones.

Well Just found out then when I reboot and have sound on windows logon. When i try to play a MP3 I get no sound.

Hi XImpalerX:

In Control Panel, keep the speaker setting at 5.1. Open the KX Mixer. On the Master page of the mixer, there's a setting called speaker Setup (This is KX Sourrounder). Place this setting to 2.1. That should do it if you have the headphones pluged into the rear of the soundcard (and if you have the swap rear and front feature selected, use the rear connector not the front connector). If you still have problems, there is a new KX Getting Started Guide at: http://kb.kxproject.lugosoft.com/guide/

Welcome aboard!

Sincerely, thomasabarnes

when you switch between 5.1 aqnd headphones… you should save the kX settings, ie the surrounder settings for 5.1 and 2.1
